Policy dialogue on collaborative solutions to support universities working more effectively with local government, stakeholders and businesses for the success of their cities.
The “Global Education Dialogue - Universities and Cities” conference has been designed to draw on expert commentary and innovative examples from across higher education, local public administration, central government, and industry sectors in Romania, the UK and other countries in the region with the purpose of looking at how community partnerships in education can contribute to the development and enhancement of the 21st century cities.
The conference will be held from 30 to 31 March at the University Politehnica of Bucharest and will bring together leaders from higher education sectors in Romania and the UK, policy makers and practitioners to discuss collaborative solutions for helping universities and colleges to work in a more effective way with the local governments and businesses in order to contribute to the success of their cities.
