Our British Documentary season is back in Craiova this autumn, with the University in Craiova hosting four outstanding documentary film screenings in November.
British Documentary is a project developed by the British Council in Romania since 2010. Every year, the British Documentary season starts in Bucharest and tours multiple other cities across Romania, featuring a new selection of top documentaries nominated or awarded by the Grierson Trust at The British Documentary Awards, one of the most prominent events of its kind. The films shed light on some of the most fervent issues in our world, from environmental activism, politics and arts to society, the media and technology.
All documentaries are subtitled in Romanian. Entry is free of charge.
