Request for Proposal (RFP): UK Specialist Consultant or Organisation for the Delivery of a Scoping Study on Arts and Disability in Romania

The British Council in Romania invites UK specialist consultants or organisations to apply to conduct a scoping study on Arts and Disability in Romania. The goal is to enhance understanding of the local arts and disability landscape, identify creative activities to support disabled artists, and promote the development and implementation of the British Council’s future arts and disability programme in Romania.

Services include research activities, scoping visits, a detailed report and presentation of findings.

Contract duration is 14 March to 31 December 2025.
