Joining our libraries couldn’t be simpler.
Step 1
Come to your nearest British Council library with proof of identification. If you are under 14 years old, you need to be accompanied by a parent and they must bring their identification.
Step 2
Sign our data protection form and pay the registration fee (by cash or card) for your chosen membership.

Important information
Only registered members are allowed access to the library.
We reserve the right to cancel membership if our regulations are seriously infringed.
