Children will learn about superheroes, friendships and dealing with your feelings, dinosaurs, pirates and their ships, animals and their habitats. How many things do they actually know about each topic? Bring them to the summer of fun and learning now! 

The programme is structured in one-week stand-alone modules. Each module consists of 10 hours of English classes divided into 2 one hour lessons a day, and 10 hours of activities in English with an Activity Leader. The lessons are story-based, and separated into lower and higher literacy abilities. 

During the course, you child will

  • listen to stories that explore relevant topic,
  • learn vocabulary related to the theme,
  • learn songs related to the theme, and 
  • complete a series of arts and crafts projects and workshops

Period

June 24 - August 30, tematic weeks. Weeks 1 to 5 will run twice this summer.

6 - 7 years old on 30 September 2024

Duration

1 week: 2 hours of English and 2 hours of activities per day

Cost

840 RON - 2 hours of English per day. Current students receive an additional 5% discount!

Location

In our teaching centres Dorobanți, City Gate, or One Cotroceni Park. Location will be arranged by yourself and our sales consultant depending on the chosen themed week and level of English.

Weekly themes

Week 1 - Superheroes

Superheroes focuses on the theme of superheroes through stories. If you could have any superpower, which one would you choose?
Week 2 - Me and my friends

Me and my friends focuses on the theme of friendship and managing feelings through stories.
Week 3 - Dinosaur Roar

Dinosaur Roar focuses on the theme of dinosaurs through stories. Do you know how many horns did Triceratops have?
Week 4 - Pirates and Treasures

Pirates and Treasures focuses on the theme of Pirates and their Ships through stories. Do you know who was the most feared pirate of all times?
Week 5 - We are explorers!

We are explorers! focuses on the theme of exploring different places through stories. Did you know that a crocodile has three eyelids?

Programme

Each theme is one week long.

Lessons and activities are from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:45 or 14:30 to 19:15.

All participants must have their level of English language fluency assessed through a free placement test offered by the British Council. Please, book a level test here.
