British Council Iasi is looking to recruit a highly motivated person to join our team as Customer Services Adviser. The purpose of the role is to project a professional image of the British Council and the UK by providing high quality and efficient integrated services to internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Role overview
Your work will be about continuous interactions with customers in many different ways – via phone, face-to-face at the Front Office, responding to e-mail enquiries and registering customers for English courses, exams, library and other British Council services.
Very often you will need to find quick solutions to customer requests and to effectively deal with overlapping deadlines and a busy task list.
